Living Room
A stage and a place for instruments was a top priority for this musical family. Inspired by Scandinavian design and a minimal aesthetic we used a combination of birch wood and a warm white to design a custom built-in and custom slatted millwork.
We made sure to leave a wide open space for play, included a reading nook, and a lot of storage for all the toys and games.
This space is open to the family Red/Media room so our goal was to create a space that both kids and adults could enjoy and would connect with the other spaces in this large family friendly basement.
Casual Dining Room
